Personal Training

Whether you are new to working out or have a great deal of experience, but aren't seeing the results you want, personal training is for you. Let us help you reach your goals through weight training and nutritional guidance. Work one-on-one with a trainer in hour sessions scheduled to fit your availability. Small Group Training

Love the camaraderie between women while working out? Do you get inspired by seeing each other advance and grow stronger? Then small group training is for you. Small groups range from 7 to 10 women. Get more personalized attention from your trainer than you would in a group exercise class. Progress each week with the guidance of a fitness professional. Small group classes are listed on the schedule with an (SG) after the class title. We suggest that once your classes have been purchased, you register for your spot immediately.
