Helpful Tips for your First Visit
Women's Only Fitness Studio, Wakefield MA
-Wear comfortable clothes. Don't feel the need to be the next runway model. Sweats and a comfortable t-shirt are just fine.
-Bring your gym shoes with you! Help us keep our floors clean for our classes where members go barefoot (Yoga, Barre, POUND).
-Yoga, Barre & POUND require yoga mats. If you don't have your own no worries we provide mats at the studio free of charge.
-Bring water with you. It's important to stay well hydrated. We normally have bottled water (free) in our fridge, but if we are out, the studio has a sink you can fill your water bottle there.
-Our studio can get warm once our bodies start moving. We provide free towels at the studio for your use. Please place them in the gray chevron hamper when done.
